On the evening of 07/08/26, I experienced a flat tire. After searching Google for a 24-hour tire repair company, I came across National Truck & Tire Repair. When I called, I spoke with Bob, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. He kept me calm, explained the process, and provided updates along the way. Once the driver was dispatched, I honestly believe he arrived in about 15 minutes. That brings me to Jim. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and made me feel completely at ease. He reassured me that my safety was his top priority and handled everything efficiently. It had been a long and stressful night, but these two gentlemen turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. What impressed me most was that Jim knew I still had a drive home, so he even called me the following morning to make sure I arrived safely. Hands down, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Thank you, Bob and Jim, for your exceptional professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service. You truly went above and beyond!

Very fast service and ended up paying less than what they quoted me. Also, great service, the lady was very friendly!

Total ripoff. Billed 7 hours for a minor job, backed down to 5 only after we asked what actually took so long. The mechanic Winston (or Wilson?) took our water pump and vanished — never returned it, never heard from him again. Yes the pump wasn't the actual problem, but that doesn't give anyone the right to walk off with our parts. Trucker beware!!!

Scam artists. Should've read the reviews before having work done. They offer low price, then charge double. Worst part is the truck was in the shop for 30 min, got an invoice for 2 hours of labor. Wouldn't recommend this mickey mouse shop.
